I do my best to package your orders with care, offer the lowest available shipping rates and dispatch orders as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations: Accepted*
All cancellation requests must be sent within 3 hours of purchase.
Orders can’t be cancelled once 3 hours have passed from making your purchase, as production, assembly, packaging, and the shipping process have begun.
This assures my customers get their orders as soon as possible.

TARIFFS/DUTIES/CUSTOMS FEES

Please be aware of your country's tariffs/duties/customs fees.
The buyer is responsible for paying any and all tariffs/ duties/customs fees; if they're not paid, the package may be returned to me.
If the package has been returned to me, any outstanding fees and or return to sender shipping charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If the order is not returned to me by carrier,
abandoned to be auctioned,
destroyed and or the outstanding fees exceed the value of the package the order will not be refunded.
All tariffs, customs/duties, shipping fees and associated charges are non refundable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, contact me as soon as possible.
UNSHIPPED ORDERS:

If the shipping label has not been purchased, I will correct the information with no additional cost.
If the shipping label has already been purchased, but the order has not been shipped
The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the initial and new shipping label.
SHIPPED ORDERS:

If the order has been shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the entire cost of the order & shipping.
Due to the often limited or one-of-a-kind handmade items I sell, the items purchased may no longer be available to reorder.

I do not currently offer returns, refunds and or exchanges due to the often limited or one-of-a-kind handmade items I create and sell.

LOST/MISSING ORDERS
SHIPPED WITH AN UNTRACKED SHIPPING METHOD:

I offer untracked shipping for buyers who want the lowest possible shipping rates and understand & accept the risk.
When the buyer chooses the standard untracked shipping, the order cannot be verified as lost/missing or delivered.
For this reason, I cannot replace or refund buyers for lost or missing orders shipped with untracked shipping.
LOST/MISSING ORDERS
SHIPPED WITH A TRACKED SHIPPING METHOD:

If the buyer purchased tracked shipping and their order has been declared by the shipping carrier as lost or missing, please contact the shipping courier first for a resolution.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, please contact me.
Once you have contacted me, I will check the tracking on your order.
If the package is declared missing or lost by the shipping courier & the maximum shipping time estimate has passed since your package was shipped, if it still hasn't arrived, I will issue a full refund of your order.
If the shipping courier has marked as delivered on tracking, the order will not be refunded.
